Factory Physics, Inc. worked with a major supplier of cast pipe fittings to improve performance of its operations. During the engagement, the client was implementing SAP and Factory Physics, Inc. provided software support tools to enable management to set WIP levels in the plant and determine planning parameters for the SAP system. Result: a reduction in inventory and FPI's work contributed to a 100% on time delivery performance after SAP went live.
